3, the product has been inspected by the national fan product Quality inspection and testing Center (Zhejiang) (number: DB2023139), the inspection indicators meet the relevant standards, the user has a good response, there are better economic and social benefits.
4, the enterprise has passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, its production equipment, process tooling and testing means can meet the requirements of mass production.
The appraisal committee considered that the development of the product was successful and agreed to pass the appraisal. The prior art generally uses heat-resistant materials such as high temperature stainless steel or the external cooling treatment of the spindle and bearing, generally forcing cooling, although it can reduce part of the heat transfer and improve the high temperature strength, but can not cool the impeller hub, it can not eliminate the impeller hub, wheel rivet caused by thermal expansion clearance changes caused by rivet loosening, so the general large specific speed is often The temperature ventilator is operated at a low speed, the circular speed does not exceed 110m/s, and the temperature of the fan conveying gas is generally not more than 500 ° C at high temperature. The above existing technology mostly uses air cooling and forced cooling to cool the spindle and bearing, but it cannot cool the impeller hub, which can not eliminate the hub of the impeller and the wheel rivet caused by thermal expansion and clearance changes resulting in loosening of the rivet, and it can not play a cooling and protection role for the fan impeller.
Therefore, zhejiang pengxiang hvac equipment company decided to develop a ventilator with low operating costs, long service life and the ability to transport dry gas above 1000 ° C. The fan can not only cool the main shaft and bearing, but also play a real role in high temperature resistance and conveying high temperature gas through the cooling of the impeller hub, and can transport high temperature gas with high pressure rise and large flow at high speed.
After the continuous research efforts of our technical staff, we finally designed this 5-55 series of high temperature centrifugal fan for steel mills. The blades of the fan are made of composite plates with wear-resistant layers to improve the wear resistance of the blades. The heat transfer plate and heat fin are used to cool the transmission group. The fan adopts mechanical compensation type sealing structure to reduce the possibility of leakage of corrosive and dangerous gas media; A high pressure spray washing device is installed at the inlet of the fan to realize online cleaning of the fan impeller.
