The paper machine for the ND PM49 project is provided by the well-known papermaking equipment supplier Valmet. As a key supplier and long-term strategic partner of Valmet, Pengxiang took on this significant task from Valmet (China) Co., Ltd. as early as October 2022. Pengxiang is responsible for manufacturing 23 process fans and ventilation fans for the entire production line, including various critical low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure centrifugal fans, as well as axial fans for plant ventilation.
Centrifugal fans are widely used in the papermaking industry, playing important roles in the following areas:
- Paper Formation: Centrifugal fans accelerate airflow to quickly dry paper, improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
- Pigment and Coating Application: During coating and dyeing processes, centrifugal fans ensure even distribution of pigments or coatings on the paper, guaranteeing color consistency.
- Pulp Transport and Collection: In the pulp transport and collection process, centrifugal fans help capture particles and dust in the pulp, ensuring pulp quality and cleanliness.
Pengxiang’s various centrifugal fans are renowned in the industry for their superior quality and excellent after-sales service and are widely used in many domestic paper machine production lines. Among them, the G4-73 and Y4-73 series centrifugal fans are suitable for boiler ventilation systems, as well as ventilation systems in the papermaking, chemical, and coating industries; the 4-72, B4-73, and 4-79 series low-pressure centrifugal fans are suitable for indoor ventilation of factories and large buildings; the Y5-51 medium-pressure centrifugal fans are suitable for boiler induced draft systems, dust removal, mines, and papermaking ventilation systems; the 8-09, 9-12, and 10-18 series high-pressure centrifugal fans are used for high-pressure forced ventilation and vacuum system exhaust, and the Y8-39 and Y9-38 series boiler induced draft fans are used in similar conditions; the 9-19 and 9-26 series high-pressure centrifugal fans, with greater pressure, can be used in forging furnaces, among other places. Additionally, Pengxiang provides various types of high, medium, and low-pressure centrifugal fans, which are widely used in environmental protection, shipbuilding, and chemical industries.
This cooperation further consolidates Zhejiang Pengxiang HVAC Equipment Co., Ltd.’s leading position in the papermaking equipment field and provides strong support for the successful implementation of Jiulong Paper’s PM49 project.
