Zhejiang, June 19, 2024 — Zhejiang Pengxiang HVAC Equipment Co., Ltd. Testing Center is currently applying for accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). The testing center was approved for establishment by its parent organization, Zhejiang Pengxiang HVAC Equipment Co., Ltd., on August 1, 2023. It primarily undertakes performance testing of industrial centrifugal fans, axial fans, and box fans.
The testing center employs six professional technicians, including three with intermediate or higher titles and three assistant engineers. Covering an area of over 600 square meters, the center is equipped with more than 20 major testing instruments and devices, with a total value exceeding 600,000 RMB. Key equipment includes a fully automatic CNC fan performance test bench, standardized wind chamber, test air duct, digital electrical parameter measuring instrument, electronic counting tachometer, temperature and humidity transmitter, pressure transmitter, vibration meter, and sound level meter, among other high-precision testing instruments. These instruments can conduct comprehensive performance tests on industrial fans, including airflow, pressure, speed, noise, electrical power, and vibration.
The testing center is committed to continuous effective operation and ongoing improvement of its laboratory management system, strengthening quality control to ensure the authenticity and validity of test results. This ensures scientific and impartial testing work, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
Currently, the testing center is actively applying for CNAS accreditation, starting with the establishment and maintenance of a laboratory quality management system. The system must support and demonstrate that the testing center continuously meets the requirements of CNAS-CL01:2018 “General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories” and related application notes, ensuring the quality of test results. The center has the conditions to set up independent testing activity areas and, to ensure the impartiality and confidentiality of testing work, implements the management system according to Method A of CNAS-CL01:2018.
Upon receiving CNAS accreditation, Zhejiang Pengxiang HVAC Equipment Co., Ltd. will significantly enhance the soft power of its fan products, with the capability to independently determine various technical parameters such as speed, efficiency, vibration, noise, and airflow. This will ensure the performance, quality, and reliability of its products, better meeting market demands. CNAS-accredited products enjoy a good mutual recognition environment internationally, which will help the company’s centrifugal and axial fans better penetrate the international market, laying a solid foundation for expanding overseas markets and aligning with Pengxiang’s long-term development strategy.
